These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PeptiDolls website, including browsing products, submitting a Free Assessment, placing an order, and communicating with us through our Contact Form or Facebook Messenger.

By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

Our services are intended only for adults aged 18 and older. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide — including in your Free Assessment — is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

PeptiDolls facilitates access to licensed physicians for telehealth wellness services. We are not a hospital, emergency room, or pharmacy, and our services are not intended for medical emergencies.

All treatment and prescriptions are subject to review and approval by a licensed physician. Submitting a Free Assessment or completing a purchase does not guarantee eligibility, treatment, or approval of any protocol.

Products listed on our website are compounded to order and are described to the best of our ability, including size, strength, and pricing at the time of your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders may be placed as a guest, without creating an account. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information so we can process and deliver your order.

Our Free Assessment collects health information so our partnered physician can evaluate your eligibility for a program. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee approval.

If the physician determines that a protocol is not appropriate for you, any payment you have made will be refunded in full, in accordance with the payment terms presented during checkout or your assessment.

We currently accept payment via GCash. Depending on the option presented at checkout or during your assessment, you may pay a refundable consultation deposit or the full order amount upfront.

Payment verification is performed manually by our team using the GCash reference number and proof of payment you provide. Please allow reasonable time for our team to verify your payment before your order or consultation is confirmed.

We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and order volume. Our support team can provide an estimated delivery window for your specific order upon request.

Because our products are compounded to order and are health-related items, we generally do not accept returns once an order has shipped, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

If our partnered physician determines that you are not eligible for a protocol after reviewing your assessment, any payment collected for that order will be refunded in full.

When using our website, you agree not to: provide false or misleading information in your assessment or order details; attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or systems; or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website for any user who violates these Terms.

All content on this website — including our logo, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and page design — is the property of PeptiDolls or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

PeptiDolls facilitates access to licensed physicians but does not itself practice medicine. All medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are made solely by the licensed physician reviewing your case.

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptiDolls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our website relies on trusted third-party services to operate, including Supabase for secure data storage, GCash for payment processing, and Facebook Messenger for customer communication. Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies.

PeptiDolls may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. Any changes become effective once posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
